Refund Policy for Playtime Paws, LLC

One upfront payment:
You may email ([email protected]) to request a refund within 14 days of purchase. You will lose access to all programs including any initial membership in Playtime Paws Academy.
If a private video session(s) is included in any package you purchase, you will forfeit the session(s) once you receive a refund. If you use the session(s) before you receive your refund, then the refund will be the cost of your membership less the current rate of a private session(s) (as of April 1, 2024, is $75).
Multiple installments:
You may email ([email protected]) to request a refund within 14 days of your first payment. You will lose access to all programs including any initial membership in Playtime Paws Academy. If you fail to make any future payments you will lose access to all programs including any initial membership in Playtime Paws Academy. There is no refund for past installments after the initial 14 days after your first payment.
If a private video session(s) is included in any package you purchase, you will forfeit the session(s) once you receive a refund. If you use the session(s) before you receive your refund, then the refund will be the cost of your membership less the current rate of a private session(s) (as of January 1, 2024, is $75).

Note: Any initial membership included with your purchase of YOUR Perfect Puppy is covered under YOUR Perfect Puppy's refund policy.
You can cancel your membership at any time under your account settings:
- Log onto your account.
- Click on your avatar in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on "Setting" in the drop-down menu.
- Click on "Billing" under "Account Information".
- Click on the three dots next to "Playtime Paws Academy"
- Click on "Cancel this subscription" in the drop-down menu.
You can also email ([email protected]) with a request to cancel. You must email at least 2 business days before your membership renews.
In most cases, your account will say "pending cancelation". This means you will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle then your account will officially cancel.
If your initial enrollment is before 04/01/2024:
Monthly Membership:
If you subscribed to a monthly membership you can cancel at any time under your account settings or by emailing
us ([email protected]) at least 2 business days before your membership renews.
You will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle, and it will not renew. There are no monetary or partial refunds for a monthly membership.
6-month and 12-month (yearly) Membership:
You have up to 30 days after your initial purchase to request a full refund. You MUST email [email protected] and request the refund (canceling inside your account does not automatically issue a refund).
After 30 days you can cancel your membership, but you will not receive a refund. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle, and it will not renew.
If a private video session(s) are included in any package you purchase, when you request a refund, you forfeit the session(s). If you use the session(s) before you receive your refund, then the refund will be the cost of your membership less the current rate of a private session(s) (as of January 1, 2024, is $75).
If your initial enrollment is after 03/31/2024
If you subscribed to a monthly, 6-month, or yearly membership after 03/31/2024 you can cancel at any time under your account settings or by emailing us ([email protected]) at least 2 business days before your membership renews.
You will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle, and it will not renew. There are no monetary or partial refunds.
Other Playtime Paws Academy (PPA) Policies
Your rate for PPA is guaranteed and will never increase as long as you remain a student in good standing. If you cancel and resubscribe your rate will reset to the rate and packages at the time you resubscribe.
If we decide to close Playtime Paws Academy you will receive a prorated refund depending on how much time is left in your billing cycle.
We reserve the right to deny anyone membership. If this is the case, you will receive a prorated refund depending on where you are in your billing cycle.
Gift Purchases
If any of the above programs are purchased as a gift, the period from the date of purchase will equal the period from the date the coupon code is redeemed. The amount of the applicable refund will be made to the person who originally purchased the program. In other words, it will refunded to the original form of purchase.
When requesting the refund you will need to be able to provide the name and email of the person who originally purchased the program.
